Contract Operations Lead

Job Description

  • Report to the Head of Legal and Business Affairs
  • Oversee contract development and enforce principles of integrity and compliance
  • Develop standard for contracts including general language and provisions
  • Lead contract strategy meetings to identify issues and user requirements
  • Leadership capability for the Content Legal Manager and Event Legal Manager
  • Work together with all divisions within GEG.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Law
  • More than 5 years of experience in related field - preferably have entertainment industry background
  • Computer literacy (Ms.Excel, Ms.Word, Ms.Powerpoint)
  • Possesses high learning agility and curiosity
  • Willingnes to learn
  • Data driven
  • Passion on entertainment industry is a plus
