Job Description
- Reporting and Supporting the Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing Go-Food for his/her task in creating the execution of Regional Go-Food
- Brand building and Brand development which covering the aspect of Advertising, Digital Marketing and Brand Activation function.
- Managing and Supervising all Regional Digital Marketing activities to parties/department involved, including
- Regional custom communication for Consumer Sales Promo Program content management and placement if any
- Manage and Coordinating effort to utilize and cascade the National Communication strategy of all digital & social media channels in Regional if any (Social media channel available, Face book, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Managing and Supervising all related Regional consumer promotional material function, which includes:
- Localize theme strategy of content promotion materials creation and production to support national consumer marketing activity (brochure, flyers, banners, event/activation & other decoration)
- Managing the related Regional Consumer Joint Promotion activity initiatives program
- Responsible of managing, controlling and assess the Regional Consumer Promotional Material’s distribution and production Regional/Branch Office and such activity which involving the Promotion and Communication Campaign Activity, including: Management of the Consumer Promotional Tools, Gimmicks and related material needed that manage by Regional team or another related department.
- Management of distribution and the storage of Promotional Tools, Gimmicks and related material needed for the events (Before, during and after the event) that manage by Regional/Branch Team, Consumer Brand Activation team or other related department which covering Consumer Marketing Go-Food.
- Supervise the events creative materials and other application in territories of events location, that manages by Consumer Brand Activation team or other related department, if any which covering Consumer Marketing Go-Food.
- Reporting and Supporting the Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing Go-Food for his/her task in execution of Regional Product Marketing/Sales Program function, which are:
- Product Regional Development/Sales Program process from campaign readiness until “production” process readiness if any.
- Regional Product Development/Sales Promotion Development process and executing the program to all stake holders if any.
- Managing the Regional Sales Promotion Program initiated by Head Office or Region if any.
- Monitoring and Reporting Regional Product’s Sales achievement impacted from Nasional or Regional Consumer Communication campaign on regular bases from several angle. Managing Consumer Marketing Administration
- Administrating the report and the documentation needed or third parties, etc
- Administrating the Purchase Request and bridging Purchase Order process from Marketing-Purchasing-3rd Parties.
- Supporting the input and administrative documenting related to the system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in all disciplines
- Had a working experience in related fields
- Knowledge of offset printing process, Graphic design, TVC, digital marketing or other related design/event/marketing management process
- English fluency in speaking and writing
- Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
