Corporate Strategy Junior Manager


Job Description

  • Provide analytical and strategic support for the company's current & new product offerings, budgeting, business & operational improvement, etc.
  • Prepare business plan for the company’s future growth with a strong commercial viability deep-dive
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to drive process (project management)
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as historical performance analysis, market projections, market research, legal documentation, etc.
  • Be a data source and commercial advocates within the company by teaching and knowledge sharing
  • Deliver high quality reports and data visualisation to communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
    • Experiences in developing business plans, financial models, commercial and growth strategies
    • Min 3 - 4 years of work experience
    • Graduated from a reputable university with a strong academic background, with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
    • Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering background preferred, with a strong interest in business and management
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving, pragmatic in working around problems
    • Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to develop arguments, solutions, and analysis based on data
    • Strong execution, self-driven and can-do attitude
    • Good time-management skills, with adaptability to meet tight deadlines and balance simultaneous work streams
    • Excellent communicator
    • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
  • Bonus points:
    • Familiarity in SQL or other querying language
    • Tableau or dashboarding software
