Central Operation Manager - GO-KITCHEN

Job Description

  • Main responsibility is for all operations at Central Kitchen
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
  • Select and develop recipes as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
  • Establish presentation technique and quality standards
  • Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance, and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
  • Ensure consistent food preparation and product
  • Coaches and provides leadership to all kitchen staff, ensuring the training and development of staff, providing input for performance, appraisal and disciplinary action
  • Monitoring purchase request & delivery schedules
  • Create and follow up the Purchase Order
  • Support in ordering stocks for daily operations
  • Minimize wastage/spoilage

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimal 5 years experience in restaurant or kitchen
  • Experience in managing central operation, related in supply chain, logistic or inventory
  • Strong planning skills
  • Good communication skills
