Job Description
In the past years, GoJek has been known in opening economic opportunities to more than a million people who register as a driver in its platform. We want to continue to bring this opportunity to the society. To do so we need a Funnel Manager who is able to :
- Drive and develop the funneling strategy for driver acquisition across Indonesia, through online or offline campaign
- Calibrate our internal lead management system to identify best channel mix and media plan to meet efficiency at conversion rate, speed, and cost.
- Build horizontal view and identify frictions in our funnels to provide solutions in removing the frictions and optimize the funnel.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders incl. regional operations, engineers and marketplace team to ensure all the implementation are leveraging our tech capability and answers the current demand - supply problem.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min Bachelor Degree, any major
- Minimum 5 years working experience and at least 2 years managing team.
- Have experience in funnel management, or executing acquisition campaign (both online and offline)
- Preferably have experience in the following industries: Consultant, FMCG, Telco, or Financial Services
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge in R or SQL is a plus
- Possesses high learning agility and curiosity
- Excellent Leadership & Team Building skills
