You will collaborate closely with Talent Management Lead and L&D team to develop and execute all Talent Management program and initiatives. Your main responsibilities are to create and develop a strategic leadership and talent development program for leaders in GOJEK. As part of Talent Management team, you will be actively involved in creating and curating learning content, defining the right development plan and execute the plan for the top talents in GOJEK as well as successors to critical roles within the organisation.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience in talent management or people development
- Possess growth mindset and passionate to develop others
- Good communication skills in English, oral and written
- Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic working environment
- Adaptable to change
