Head of Compensation and Benefit


Job Description

  • Benchmark against the world's companies, conduct market research, information collection and data analysis related to Compensation & Benefits.
  • Master the HR process and policies, become the bridge between function and HR, client needs analysis, consult with HR team and to develop effective and efficient solutions.
  • In charge of designing, developing, maintaining and continuously improving salary, allowances, bonus, incentives and other cash/non-cash benefits packages
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the government legislation
  • Identify trends, innovate and implement the best practice to engage and motivate employees
  • Review and renew the compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
  • Recommend, introduce, interpret and clarify C&B procedures, controls, policies, and regulations to ensure all practice are in line with company regulation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager / Lead.
  • Experience in successfully transforming entire Compensation & Benefits structures in a past organization is preferred.
  • Have record of working with senior stakeholders to implement widespread and deep changes in Compensation & Benefits to the organization.
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and incentives programs for various departments and seniority levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law (ability to prove it on explanation of some employee cases).
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and explain HR and Business Value-add proposition.
  • High initiatives & good analytical skills.
