Job Description
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (mobile app install) using ads platform including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns and affiliate marketing;
- Work on a budget and strive to have maximum number of new users while keeping the CAC at the optimum level;
- Manage multiple agencies / ad networks in order to achieve acquisition objectives;
- Work with the growth team to suggest creative growth hacking strategies and improve the acquisition funnel conversion rate;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
- Do app install fraud monitoring and take actions to minimize the fraud numbers;
- Plan and create small-scale experiments that to increase the new user numbers;
- Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 2 years);
- Highly proficient in using digital ads platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads;
- Have experience in managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns;
- Have basic understanding on organic acquisition such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO);
- Understand the concept of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Life Time Value (LTV);
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Have basic knowledge of SQL;
- Have good understanding on mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer);
- Understand the basic of mobile app install fraud methods and its monitoring tool (e.g Appsflyer Protect 360);
- Have basic understanding on Google Analytics;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
- Able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Supermetrics, Google Data Studio would be a plus;
- Ability to work with optimizing tools such as Smartly would be a plus;
- Experiences in handling programmatic ad buying (e.g DoubleClick) would be a plus;
- Experiences in well-known e-commerce / platform-based and mobile-based startup is a plus.
