Product Manager - GoMerchants, CMP  

The GoMerchant team is looking for an experienced, highly technical, data-driven Product Manager to manage CMP pod (Centralized Merchant Platform). CMP is the nerve center for all merchant data, and enables revenue flow for all of Gojek services with a merchant offprint such as food, pay, life, etc. It is a multi-faceted OMS, with more than 20 Microservices with more branches added every day. This person would be working with 4 engineers to start with and will be largely an individual contributor role to start with.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting engineers in your product group, providing them with guidance and mentorship to maximize their potential
• Managing data sanctity and sanity across the different portals within the ecosystem
• Defining OKRs for your product area and hold your team accountable for setting and achieving their individual OKRs
• Driving product strategy for your product area, partnering with your product development team and cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute on the prioritized roadmap
• Setting an example for your team to be customer-focused by leading customer research efforts and always tying your work back to our customers
• Partnering with other team leads and company leadership to ensure that product OKRs and roadmaps are aligned

• At least 2 years of product experience preferably some experience as a hands-on developer as well
• Successful track record in planning, developing and executing the strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
• Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
• Analytical and data-driven characteristic and love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
• Experience as a software engineer/developer and working with distributed teams are highly desired
• Passionate about customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
