Job Description
- Develop and implement evidence-based business strategies and practical operational processes that position new products for success
- Manage stakeholders across functions to launch new products and to ensure product-market fit, including advising Product Development on key feature decisions and user stories.
- Advocate for sales team throughout the product design, development and launch process, need-finding and providing critical feedback.
- Create value proposition of the product along with the pitch deck to then socialize it to the sales team
- Create and optimize strategies for product sales, developing messaging and creating marketing collateral.
- Improve performance of GO-JEK monetization products, resolving operational gaps, and designing and implementing processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economy or other related.
- 2-3 years of experience in project/program management role.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects with limited management oversight, including timelines, tasks, teams, group dynamics, etc.
- Strong organizational, project management, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Willingness to do what it takes to ensure the team accomplishes its goals.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
