Job Description
- Create and design web, digital, graphics, and video assets (e.g.video content, newsletters, online ads, print ads, landing pages, infographics, presentations, sales collateral, social posts and UX designs) for various projects under the company
- Create and design digital images for the purpose of animation
- Transfer audio/video files to be edited and manipulated digitally
- Incorporate design direction and feedback from multiple departments and stakeholders
- Actively participate in brainstorming, helping us create the best design team culture
- Provide ongoing design support to the marketing team for A/B testing
- Help to maintain and expand the digital asset library of branded resource art, photography, and templates, enabling the team to self-serve, share and collaborate with each other
- Translate project briefs into effective output by developing creative ideas, concepts, and storyboards, and choosing the appropriate media and design style/aesthetic that meets the objectives
- Multi-task and manage time wisely to be able to handle more than one design brief at a time and prioritize tasks accordingly
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Advertising, Design or its equivalent; minimum of BS degree (preferably in Multimedia design/Fine Arts or related studies)
- Be squarely digital and have 3+ years design experience
- Knowledge of best practices in responsive design and flat design
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong capability to extend creative assets across various platforms and devices
- User-centric approach to concepts and design execution
- Well-versed in other creative mediums that could support design and photography
- Highly functioning within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to tackle multiple projects, while staying organized and keeping a cool, positive upbeat personality
- Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus; knowledgeable in “Kinetic Typography”
- Has expertise in post-production processes both for video and stills
- Has expertise in print ads and collateral designs
- Great creative and deep portfolio
