Job Description
- Responsible for our CI/CD chain and release management.
- Responsible for the health and accessibility of our SAAS platform
- Maintain and manage various environment using latest monitoring tools stacks, and configuration management tools
- Create and maintains automation scripts
- Look "outside-in" - Thinking about everything ahead;
- Configure and manage data sources like MySQL, Mongo, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, HDFS, etc
- Eliminate technical debt and unplanned work;
- Fail smart/safe - early warning systems for failure;
- Understand how various systems work
- Understand how IT operations are managed
- Coordinates with project management on various projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ovirt, Ansible, GitLab,Rancher);
- Experienced working with Microservices, event streaming platform such as Kafka
- Experience working with scalable networking technologies such as Load Balancers/Firewalls and web standards (REST APIs, web security mechanisms);
- Experience working with latest monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of open source server software (such as NGINX, Apache, Tomcat, HA Proxy);
- Good Knowledge with standard IT security practices such as encryption, certificates, and key management.
