Job Description
- Able to analyze a system end to end and its integrations
- Investigate and identify solutions to software issues in Production; has a solution-finder mindset
- Troubleshoot systems and to present clear and concise information to the team, internal and external customers
- Analyze console, network, and server logs to aide with finding the root cause of a software issue
- Basic knowledge of networking, Communications (i.e. WebRTC), and Web concepts (i.e. HTTPS, SSL, HTML, etc.)
- Perform data fixes in Production, where necessary
- Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits (SLA)
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (L3) (e.g. software developers, Infra team, etc.)
- Prioritize and manage several tasks in an efficient manner
- Document technical knowledge and/or resolutions provided
- Provides User Acceptance Testing to fixes by other teams in Android/iOS devices and in Windows, Mac OSX machines
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
- 3 years solid working experience in systems analysis, and system troubleshooting
- Must have experience in coding or development, and understanding of stack trace
- Must have experience in analyzing console, network, and server logs (i.e. Microservice, Kubernetes logs, Tomcat logs, F12 Dev Tools, etc)
- Must have hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Must be proficient in the SQL language, MySQL, SQL Server, and basic knowledge in NoSQL (Cassandra or any NoSQL database)
- Must have knowledge in basic UNIX commands
- Good knowledge of jMeter and Postman
- Good knowledge on the following tools: GitLab, JIRA, Confluence(Wiki),and Monitoring tools such as Zabbix, ELK, Grafana is an advantage
