Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
As a Software Developer, you will be tasked to accomplish the following, but not limited to:
- Maintenance of system applications
- Requirements and impact analysis
- System and program design
- Investigation and resolution of production issues
- Code tracing and debugging
- Unit testing, Systems testing, and documentation
Minimum Qualifications
The Back-end Software Developer will be analyzing and solving complex system and software problems. He/She will be tasked to analyze and investigate current software infrastructure issues and concerns on the existing system.
The Back-end Software Developer must be able to recommend, apply, code, and document technical feasibility studies, optimization, and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Must be a Filipino Citizen or hold residence status
- Must have the following skills:
- Java / J2EE (JDK 1.5 or higher)
- Ant / Maven
- MySQL / MSSQL / PostgreSQL
- HTML / HTML5
- CSS / CSS3
- Javascript / JQuery / AJAX
- XML
- Following skills are not required, but an advantage:
- Design Patterns
- Liferay Framework (Extensions, Portal, Portlets)
- .Net 4.0 / 4.5 Framework (C#, ASP.Net)
- Must be a fast learner, able to understand complex requirements in a short period of time
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- Must have good communication skills (oral and written)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
