Job Description
- Project Costs Analysis and Reporting
- Maintenance of Project Subsidiary Ledger
- Budget Monitoring - Project Cost
- Maintenance of Contractor's Ledger
- Preparation of Monthly Schedule of Contractor's Account
- Preparation of POC - Percentage of Completion
- Land Development - all projects
- Construction Cost - all housing units
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in accounting, specifically in real estate;
- Good organizational skills;
- Detail oriented;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
