Job Description
- Lead and manage an operations team.
- Set new vertical strategy with country and regional support and be responsible for P&L.
- Manage and coordinate all vendor activities related to warehousing, maintenance and deployment.
- Represent Grab at community events.
- Set KPIs and other incentives for your team.
- Set high operational standards and improve efficiency.
- Continuously analyze data and improve revenue for the vertical
- Report on key metrics of the business to the country manager and senior management.
- Work with other functions to drive initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics, engineering, marketing, operations management, management consulting, or investment banking is preferred
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented
- Entrepreneurial and MUST be willing to lead by example.
- Able to work in a fast paced, start up environment.
- At least 3-4 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years leading a team
- Ability to read and write in English and Tagalog
