Job Description
- Lead the overall design and build of Kitchen by GrabFood
- Supervise and manage the end-to-end process of designing and developing Kitchen by GrabFood, from site feasibility to handover
- Responsible for the overall budget and expenses for the project
- Liaise with site acquisition team, external consultants and contractors for the proposed projects
- Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to site development, propose solutions and implement solutions to ensure delivery on time
- Ensure compliance with all statutory legislation
- Leverage both personal and Grab’s business development network to generate leads for preferred partners
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of primary experience in designing and building kitchens (including education/certification in kitchen design)
- Strong background and proven track record in designing and building kitchens/F&B in hiring country, with extensive contact list to accelerate the process of building kitchens
- Strong communication and influencing skills and ability to adapt to a very fast paced environment
- Hands on personality, fast learner and keen to get involved in multiple fast-growing projects
- Proficiency in English and in-market language, both written and spoken
