Job Description
- Review and developing performance management system
- Implementing and reporting employee performance
- Managing performance appraisal process
- Developing and monitoring policies and procedures performance management
- Developing strategic plan for people development and organization development
- Developing talent management system
- Prepare, monitor and make a report for training activity
- Assist in develop e-learning modul, arrange the schedule, analyse training result, and
- filing, manage and update employee documents related training activity
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Education, Finance/Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication or relevant studies from reputable university.
- Have 1 - 2 years of experience, at least with similar duties and responsibilities
- Preferably with someone experience in conducting training
- Familiar with Excel (vlookup), learning management system (e-learning), learning media interactive (canva),
- Demonstrate good public speaking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to work under pressure
