Job Description
- Helping the business development of the prospective client by providing the background of the transactions
- Mostly helping on the International Tax and Merger and Acquisition Tax Advisory Services
- Helping on research of tax regulations.
- Drafting tax advisory services memo.
- Other tax services such as tax compliance, tax due diligence or tax review services.
- Revising of the deliverables if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Accounting or Fiscal Administration with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
- English communication skill both oral and written is a must.
- Have min 3 years of experience in Tax Consulting Firm.
- Have tax certification will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in fast paced work environment.
- Experienced to prepare the Monthly and/Annual Tax Returns.
- Experienced to assist client for audit, objection and appeal.
- Experienced to assist client for tax review and/or due diligence project.
- Able to conduct deep tax research and/or analysis.
