Job Description
- Menjalin hubungan baik kepada karyawan dan pihak instansi eksternal
- Terbiasa menghadapi permasalahan Industrial Relation yang berhubungan dengan karyawan dan pihak instansi ekternal
- Mampu menangani dan menyelesaikan konflik yang berhubungan dengan perusahaan, karyawan, dan pihak instansi eksternal
- Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan segala hal yang berkaitan dengan kedisiplinan karyawan, penyuluhan, penanganan perselisihan antara karyawan, perusahaan, dan atau peraturan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Hukum
- Memiliki pengalaman di Industrial Relation minimal 5 tahun
- Integritas, bertanggung jawab, teliti
- Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, leadership, komunikatif
- Memahami proses Bipartit dan Tripartit
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Lampung
