- Analyze a rate offer form shipping line and set a counter offer in order to get the best price
- Assist in selection of contractors and participate in negotiations of agreements on rate and charge services
- Monitor freight rates and other charges to ensure that the lowest rates are charged.
- Source a new suppliers and maintain good relationship with existing suppliers, ensuring to get the best rates
- Arranging insurance and assisting the client in the event of a claim
- Provide the shipping report for the top management
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal bachelor degree from any major;
- Have experience minimal 2-3 years in shipping line/ocean freight pricing;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
