- Monitoring & analyzing new and existing product performance to achieve sales target
- Creating and launching seasonal package
- Supporting Head of Product Innovation for pricing strategy and target sales for new product
- Monitoring new and existing product performance on regular basis to anticipate speed action plan to maximize sales opportunity.
- Coordinating integrated launch programs for products with cross functional planning, including product direction, marketing plans, store operations and supply chain requirements
- Performing product testing with internal & external parties for new products.
- Responsible for overseeing and following through with effective implementation of new products
- Provide new products training and workbook for Operation, Marketing, and Learning Development Team
- Negotiate and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure procurements of new products in a timely manner.
- Developing assessments of competitors, consumers and market place trends to support product innovation
- Act as a liaison for product innovation, operation and marketing department
- Collaborating with IT, Finance & Accounting Team for new product and seasonal package launching related
- Calculating forecast quantity order and ingredients usage for new product
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in business management, finance or related subjects
- Minimum 3 years category or product management experience in F&B industry
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
- Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress
- Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
