Job Description
- Account Receivable Monitoring / A.R .report
- Ensure that all invoices will be accounted
- To dispatch Invoices for collection and to secure uncollected invoices from the salesman
- To monitor all invoices dispatched to the delivery, and to follow-up unreturned invoices to warehouse dispatcher
- To validate the collection report of the cashier by comparing to the actual remittance of the salesman
- To Validate the Remittance Report by the salesman, any deductions on the remittance made by the salesman will be validated immediately (e.g. Market Returns, Discount, and Customers Incentive)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy or its related courses
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Basic accounting procedures
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Prior to relevant professional experience in the same industry is an advantage
- Preferably a Motorcycle Rider with valid professional driver's license
