Job Description
- Coordinate with a manager in budget preparation and management activities
- Ensure that accounting, budget and audit controls, and systems are in compliance with rules and regulations
- Ensure all expenses are within the assigned project budget
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and proposals, as required
- Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely
- Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, etc
- Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting
- Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks
- Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial-related issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or BSBA major in Financial Management
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Must have 1-2 years related experience in the same industry
