Job Description
- Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules
- Work with sales team
- Understand customer needs
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Meet all sales quotas and goals
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
- Evaluate performance of sales team
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business-related
- With 2-3 years Supervisory, Sales and Marketing experience in the Automotive Industry
- Has a valid Driver's License
- Passionate about motorcycles
- With background of KTM motors is a plus
