Job Description
- Assist the Property Officer in the preparation and implementation of operating expense budget and capital expenditures for short-term and long-term project.
- Plan and ensure that value enhancing programs are implemented maximizing existing resources and related costs at a minimum.
- Ensure that preventive maintenance program, operation schedule of buidling machinery are carried out by technicians in line with the energy and facilities efficiency program.
- Coordinate and monitor contractors regarding renovation, expansion, equipment installation and rectification.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- (1) Mechanical Engineer - must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
- (1) Mechanical Engineer - must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
