Job Description

  • Develops and executes the following:
    • A strategic plan to achieve sales targets
    • All key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans required to achieve financial targets
  • Responsible for the successful planning and implementation of processes, procedures, and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of sales and marketing functions
  • Performs human resources duties, such as conducting interviews and hiring and training new staff to be leading real estate practitioners
  • Executes real estate expertise and strategic decision-making capabilities to promote sales and achieve required sales target through advertisements and open house events
  • Demonstrates a high-level of proficiency in real estate sales management and maintains knowledge about real estate markets, trends, and best sales practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's/College degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Master's degree in Economics, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Property Development, Real Estate Management, or any equivalent course
  • Preferably with a professional license (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
  • At least 5 years of working experience in real estate sales
  • Preferably Managers or Directors specializing in Property, Real Estate, or equivalent
  • Possesses strong and effective negotiation skills
  • Amenable to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
