Job Description
- Overseeing the daily operations of a store and making sure it runs smootly and effectively
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 year experiences as a Store Manager (had experience in fresh store are an advantage)
- Able to make SOP for the store and making sure it runs smootly
- Able to communicate in English (passive)
- A detail oriented person
- High empathy, service and quality oriented, and having a “people-first” attitude
- Having good communication and leadership to manage a team
- Able to use Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PPT)
- Willing to work shifthing schedule around Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
