Job Description
- Telephone communication with Filipino clients
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Not like classic Call-centre
- Build customer interest in the services and products offered by the company
- Close the sale and collect payment
- Explain services offered in a clear, concise, and ethical manner to Filipino business owners
- Market research according to the manager´s requirements
