Responsible for building high-quality professional graduate who have the essential character to overcome challenges in the global working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting work preparation class and other personal development class for students and alumni.
- Collaborate with Account Executive (Hiring Partner) to managing employment information for students, alumni and all Hacktiv8 hiring partners. Provide related updated status about employment status of graduates.
- Collaborate with Account Executive (Hiring Partner) assessing hiring partners needs, in order to guiding personal development for students and alumni.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in psychology, education, or other related major.
- 2+ years working experience in Career Development or as BK/BP teacher or other related area.
- Have high empathy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and resourceful
- Creating personal profiles
- Individual Assessment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Drive
- Creating analysis report and presentation
