Business Brand Lead  

Brand Lead
As a Brand Lead, you will be working directly with the C-suite in Hangry to establish and execute brand-building and growth strategy for the expanding Hangry brand portfolio. You will be owning the brand's KPIs and P&L, working together across different divisions to end-to-end manage all strategic, business and operational aspects related to your brand. You will also be expected to aggresively drive innovation for the brand, both from a branding and assortment perspective, to support Hangry's top line growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing cost and price parameters, sales estimates and analysing the potential profitability of the brand's product line
• Initiating pursuit of growth opportunities for brand based on data and customer research insights
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor’s activities
• Managing rollout and prioritization on brand initiatives across HQ and Hangry's outlet network
• Develop custom brand management plans for each product, working closely with Marketing to track and continually expand brand exposure
• Driving cross-function coordination for product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
• Support the day to day operations of the brand including forecasting, budget management, data and market share analysis

• Strong analytical and planning skills;

• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Min. Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years experience in brand marketing or management in a leading B2C tech or FMCG company
• Proven ability to demonstrate analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, and forecasting experience required
• Highly driven & independent; comfortable with aggressive targets
• Good team player with a can-do attitude
• Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment solving real-life business issues. Experience in an early stage startup is preferred.
• Clear, structured Communication – written, oral, and visual
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint is required
