Job Description
- Analysis and select Existing Partner based on Sales Risk and Quality Performance to convert to ALDI
- Convince Partner with Business Approach Strategy of ALDI.
- Ensure Partner able/ready to provide equipment and RA assignment for ALDI.
- Ensure RA Hiring process as properly.
- Ensure Training RA in the field properly.
- Ensure Finger Print Devices available for Partner ALDI
- Check with Sales Analytic related Incentive Calculation for Partner
- Contacting Partner related all information of ALDI Regulation/Program/Campaign, ect.
- Ensure Sales Risk and Quality Performance in All Area/Partner as Expected
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma 3 from any major
- Excellent communication skills & Fluent in English
- Strong in Negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Presentation skills – to be able to present result of analysis
- Good knowledge about business process
- Great analytical skills
