Job Description
- Consult with internal customers (system users, managers, project team members, etc) to identify needs and give technology solution.
- Analyze new business requirements and ideas, compare these with current business processes, and system features to identifies gaps between them and to create new solution also new improvement to the business process.
- Responsible for producing proper, and documentation to ensure that change request is align with business processes
- Coordinate and Communicate with relevant parties (requestors, reported person, business users, project managers, etc.) about the progress of analytical tasks.
- Participate in software testing process, cooperate with other teams involved in software lifecycle process (infrastructure team, server team, application support team, testing team, development team, etc.) to ensure that the software is in accordance with the initial needs.
- Participate in software deployments to production environment, post deployment support , helps to detect, and analyze production bugs and issues to improve the quality of the software.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent analytical mind which is able to process information logically
- Adequate knowledge of business process from financial company (or similar segment)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- High level of PC skills - documentation, presentation, calculation, communication, data manipulation, troubleshooting, knowledge bases
- Strong IT background, attention to details
- Strong knowledge of IT and ability to learn about new software
