Job Description
- Development new product and services by conducting: market research and analyze market trend based on internal capability and market potential
- Implement and launch e-Commerce product and monitoring its performance / ongoing product improvements based on actual result and market opportunities
- Develop e-Commerce channel market and propose programs and promotion for each segmented market
- Management and development of e-Commerce products for each channel
- Responsible for e-commerce products’ performance and sales in all channel
- Research and explore new opportunities for e-Commerce market in general
- Responsible for partners / merchant on-boarding process and its development.
- Maintain relationship with partners / merchant
- Provides briefs to marketing communication to prepare campaign wording, BTL promotion materials, online advertisement and in some case ATL campaigns.
- Takes active part in resolution of partners/merchant complaints related to our products, services and features
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Having Min, 5+ Experience in Product Management or Product Development , with exposure in fintech / banking company.
- Strong Knowledge and experience of e-commerce / online marketing and its tool (SEO/SEM/Social Media)
- Strong Knowledge of e-commerce players, its trend, and its business landscape
- Strong Knowledge and experience of e-payment system is an advantage
- Excellent English skills (oral, reading and writing) are must.
