Job Description
- Maintain network of prospective online partners to establish business relationship and increase contract number and grow sales by online channel.
- Maintain online sales pipeline, work closely with VP Online Sales and Senior Sales Managers to meet and negotiate contract, terms and condition in contract with prospective partners.
- Execute online sales strategy and activity to ensure the achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling target.
- Establish the regular communication with Sales to co-ordinate corporate sales activities across the channels.
- Communicate and support VP Online sales as well as Senior Sales Managers in implementing schemes for digital channel development and ensure the schemes effectiveness.
- Execute Key Account Management on daily basis. Implement partner's key performance metrics to drive sales and service quality continuous improvement.
- Prepare online sales report to be used as basic information for VP Online sales in communicating sales progress business both for Indonesian and International level
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce market.
- Sales experience (preferably online or financial sector).
- Knowledge and experience in business research & analysis, team work
- Resources and relationships in e-commerce & online business.
- Experience with e-loans, e-payments systems is an advantage
- Work & training experience from an international environment is an advantage
- Strong agility, proactivity, drive forward, can-do attitude

- Strong communication, interpersonal, project management and analytical skill
- Have a perfect understanding of the project and organize itself to meet all the requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
