Job Description
You will go through a one-year program where in each quarter you will be placed in different core functions. In each function you will be responsible for a project mentored by professionals in technical field and also Chief level to help you develop your leadership and soft skills.
After completing the program and showing a good performance, you will be entitled to Assistant Manager level in a function of your choice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with min GPA 3.0 / Master's Degree with min GPA 3.3
- Fluent in English
- Innovative, entrepreneurial, focus on result, and fair
