Job Description
- Build and maintain a good sourcing channels to make sure fulfilling candidate is on track and the whole Frontline recruitment process is align with the SLA.
- Align with hiring manager about recruitment process with SOP recruitment so that hiring manager understand the current and next step of the recruitment.
- Involved in every project that lead by recruitment and be a change agent and ambassador for a better HR Branding.
- Responsible for end to end process recruitment for frontliners. process from sourcing until hiring such as application form and candidates mandatory document so that new employee will have smooth on boarding process.
- Create regular update in database and tracking systems to keep up-to-date records of both vacancies and applicants and use this data to organize workload, update managers and produce mail merge documents, statistics and other information as required.
- Responsible to handle end to end recruitment process for in region.
- Region 2: Bandung, Cirebon, Garut, Karawang, Purwakarta, Sukabumi, Tasikmalaya. dll
- Region 3: Denpasar, Singaraja, Gresik, Jombang, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Kediri, Malang, Mataram, Yogyakarta, Probolinggo, Magelang, Solo, Lamongan, Semarang, Pekalongan. dll
- Region 4: Pontianak, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Singkawang, Manado, Gorontalo, Pare-pare, Palu, Makasar, Kendari, Bone. dll
- Region 5: Batam, Bengkulu, Medan, Jambi, Lampung, Pekanbaru, Pangkal Kerinci, Batu Raja, Siantar, Tebing Tinggi, Langkat, Tanjung Pinang. dll
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably someone who has experience do mass recruitment for field
- Contract position for 1 year available.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbal and written
- Strong in Sourcing experience is a must
- Someone who’s resilient, able to adapt with agile environment and is innovative will be a perfect match for this role
