1. REPORTING & ANALYSIS

1. Build simple user management report to capture all key measurement within operations in line with the up- to-date process and SLA measurement.
2. Utilization of advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, correlations and other outcomes and forming clear and concise recommendations to senior management.
3. Challenge current working practices, promote ideas and implement solutions to improve operational and team efficiency and productivity.
4. Support Operations with any ad-hoc report presentation and analysis requested from business users
5. Analysis and recommendations of system changes and DWH enhancements
6. Lead incentive calculation based on operators productivity and finalize it to HR in timely manner

2.WORK FORCE MANAGEMENT
Development and fine-tuning of capacity planning tools and shift plans to ensure staff capacity is sufficient to handle daily business in analytical team so every task is handle properly within SLAs.

1. Work with Managers and TLs in Ops to understand the capacity demands and hiring needs
2. Provide recommendations to Ops Analyst Asst. Manager on potential productivity improvements areas based on data analysis and resource utilization monitoring

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree, preferred in Informatics, Mathematics or Engineering major (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience)
• 3+ years experience in Analytical position
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of data collection methodologies, analysis, principles and techniques
• Excellent knowledge of Data Visualization, and SQL programming
• Experience with Oracle Databases
• Analytical, problem solving and investigative skill
• Good verbal and communication in English
