Job Description:
- Define and Improve processes & procedures within risk function.
- Ensure all task within risk project are delivered on time
- Identify possible process improvements and manage improvement request which related with Risk department.
- Mapping existing process and update based on current operational activities.
- Prepare reguler report.
- Preparing all policies & procedures in all divisions within Risk.
- Document and monitor business processes,policies and procedures, project documentation as a result of improvement initiatives.
- Managing & monitoring all tasks within risk project is ensure all delivered on agreed timeline.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- Has certification Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Able to use Visio
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical Thinking.
- Understand about business process.
- Able to use Ms. Visio and Expert in Excel
