Job Description
Job Descriptions ;
- Manage administrative tasks related to people management of the department (sick leave call, PRF submission, etc)
- Manage department's online support center (JIRA)
- Take the key role in influencing team with compliance and adherence value to company regulation
- Track stocks of office supplies and place procurment orders when necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management from the department
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements :
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (Excel, SAP etc.)
- Excellent Business English Communication
- Familiarity with office management tools/softwares
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
