Job Description
- Responsible for developing and managing reports related to CRM contact center and scheduling
- Work on forecast modules to ensure effective call performance, telesales agent adherence/ compliance and headcount expenses
- Provide cost benefit/effectivity analysis of team initiatives
- Work on team's adhoc analystics assignment and improvement projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimun has 1 year experienced as analyst
- Has experienced as Contact Center Analyst will be beneficial
- Expertise in utilizing SQL for generating report
- Excellent business english communication
- Able to operate MS Office in business level
- Familiar with working on DWH / company database
