Job Description
- Assisting Quality Control Sr. TL to Ensure quality for Security team process already implemented based on procedure and policy on desk check and verification
- Review investigation/ mystery shopper result based on policy to ensure policy and procedure agreed applied
- Checking data of investigation/ mystery shopper result based on policy and procedure to ensure policy and procedure agreed applied
- Validate investigation/ mystery shopper result based on score card to provide QA scoring based on scorecard
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree.
- Max 30 years old
- Good command in Microsoft Excel and Internet.
- Strong analytical skill
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent time management
- Must be reliable and adaptable
