Job Description
- Review every training material before it’s delivered in the training session.
- Review every internal communication material (Email, SMS, Wall Board, News Letter, etc) before it send to internal CRS
- Deliver training for the TML+ position, especially soft skills and leadership training
- Ensure the TTT (Train the Trainer) process between content team and Desk/Field/Training/QA team are delivered properly.
- Give the feedback to the trainers based on TTT conducted
- Analyze training reports, TTT (Train the Trainer) reports, observation reports, and suggest for the improvement/refreshment training/knowledge test to training managers
- As representative from CRS training team to discuss/meet with other team within CRS/from HQ.
- Prepare weekly reports, analysis and recommendation to Training Manager on weekly and monthly basis
- Coach 1-1 to his/her team on monthly basis and provide regular feedback to them.
- Regular Meeting with Content Team, Training Team, and Cross Function within CRS.
- Review Quarterly Knowledge Test that will be conducted to all function in CRS
- Review Training Needs Analysis that prepared by the business before training material creation.
- Review training curriculum for all positions in CRS
- Assist Training Manager in meeting with Cross Function among HCID and with HQ
- Assist Training Team in the internal audit/AQR process and ensure all the requirement are provided in timely manner.
