Job Description
- Supporting Portfolio Team Leader in performing monthly reconciliation and preparing portfolio related data for monthly closing, regulatory submission and support data for audit purpose
- Performing monthly reconciliation related to Portfolio accounts
- Performing reconciliation process of insurance and profit sharing and proactively communicate with counterpart department & external party (insurance provider)
- Preparing Portfolio Journal & Trademark Fee in monthly basis and maintain all accounts related to portfolio
- Providing the supporting data related to portfolio for submitting the Regulatory Report every month
- Preparing monthly report
- Reviewing reconciliation and payment related to portfolio accounts
- Being involved in any projects that have been assigned and in the User Acceptance Testing for the project
- Providing data for external audit request
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting major
- Min. 2 years working experience as a Revenue Accountant
- Excellent spoken and writteh English skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in the Regulatory Reporting period
