Job Description
- Supervise the candidate sourcing & recruiting operations with the objective of creating on-demand candidate pipeline (quality CV) within corporate guideline;
- Determine staffing needs and produce forecasts for talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans development;
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience journey in every touch points;
- People management at TA department.
- Identify areas of improvement by using recruitment metrics & candidate experience survey.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in full-cycle Mass Recruitment
- Have experience in leading a team
- At least 4 years proven experience as talent acquisition manager/leader in Collection.
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Data driven for reporting & analysis.
- Have experience working with ATS or other system for recruitment.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to align with stakeholders from different function
- Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Take actions to get things done.
- Collaborative and partnership.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
- Strong in Sourcing experience is a must.
