Job Description
- VAS management: Ensuring penetration rate are above target and get insights and work to improve with those low penetration areas. Work with CAS team and partner to drive penetration with in the sales network including designing competition
- Stand Alone Insurance Management: Ensuring that SAI budget are met, both in SA and non SA channel. Working with VAS and IT team during launch or maintenance of SAI products. Identify ways to continuously improve SAI volume and income.
- Paylater management. Working with paylater squad and marketing team for paylater optimization and ensuring paylater activation in the network
- Sales Network performance : Review sales networks performance and gather insight from sales network. Identify pain points of all sales performance for all products and drive improvements to increase penetration and business volume
- Competitions: Innovate and handles all competitions in the network. Ensure that competitions will create performance uplift and encourage productivity of the network
- Other projects: Working with all stakeholders with upcoming projects that help to improve Home Credit’s volume
- Support the POS Product Owner in ensuring that the POS squad meets the POS business profitability target
- Monitor AR, communicate, and work with risks team for any irregularities
- Communicate sales bonus scheme to the trainers and sales network team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from reputable university in any major
- Min. 5 years of work experience in related field.
- Excellent skills of Microsoft Excel
- General knowledge of x-functional processes
- Fluent English language skills: written and verbal
- Presentation skills – to be able to present result of analysis in English.
- Good knowledge about business process
