Job Description
- Field Training for RA & Partner, to ensure compliance/understanding on process, procedures, regulation, and product knowledge
- Monitor sales performance, quality, and risk numbers to support the achievement of sales KPI by visiting POS
- Encourage and monitor digital learning and coordinate with sales network to maintain or increase the penetration
- Conduct in field training for RA & Partner, including pre and post test to ensure compliance / understanding on process, procedures, regulation and product knowledge
- Visit to ensure RA &POS status on field aligned with data system
- Give feedback regarding findings new project on the field
- Check Marketing Material on POS
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major.
- 1+ Years of work experience in adult training or simmilar position
- 1+ years experience of work in Sales/ Financial/ Banking/ Insurance Industry . Experience in Sales area or merchandiser area
- Good Knowledge on Excel and Google
- Basic English
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills
