Job Description
- Manage and lead Analytical team to Utilize data mining, analytical and reporting skills to Support Operations department with timely and accurate reports and ad-hoc analysis of data based on requirements from Operations management staff as well as other department’s managers.
- Reporting & Analysis - Manage and lead Analytical team to Utilize data mining, analytical and reporting skills to Support Operations department with timely and accurate reports
- Analysis - Utilization of advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, correlations and other outcomes and forming clear and concise recommendations to senior management and train subordinates to ensure their ability to do the same.
- Data Management - Manage and lead analytical team to Ensure and promote compliance with Home Credit Group and Home Credit Indonesia data processing rules and Information security standards
- People Management - Define KPI, continuously assess performance, provide timely relevant feedback and necessary support to subordinates to achieve
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree, preferred in Informatics, Mathematics or Engineering major (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience)
- 5+ years experience in a related position in Finance industry
- Analytical, problem solving and investigative skills
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to comunicate with management and other business units,
- Ability to translate technical terms into ‘plain English’ understandable by common user
- Excellent time management - Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks and deliver outcomes under pressure
- Ability to work independently, self- motivation and reliability
- Adaptable to changes and proactive
- Consistency, accuracy and attention to detail
- Capable of recommending changes to drive business objectives
