Job Description
- Master the HR process and policies, become the bridge between function and HR, client needs analysis, consult with HR Recruitment/Ops/L&D/C&B to develop effective and efficient solutions
- Recommend, introduce, interpret and clarify Human Resources procedures, controls, policies, and regulations to ensure all practice are in line with company regulation
- Understand the current country regulation, analyze the country regulations and make the link with the current operational in business / function, anticipate or recommend any changes / modification when needed (compliance driven), give advisory to line managers and employee to ensure all practice are in line with company regulation
- Identify and analyze the employee performance and potential to create the function talent pool, review the list with function head / line manager to identify the succession plan and development plan for talent
- Coordinate all people related activities and process for other function in cooperation with HR COE department to ensure people related activities / process can run smoothly in functions (within time, within budget)
- Share responsibility for people related KPIs for other functions-understand reasons, propose and deliver corrective actions to represent HR role as strategic partner for other functions
- Build and maintain relationship with line managers in department and deliver regular advisory to represent HR role as strategic partner for other functions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Min 5 years in HR, with 3 years in HRBP area
- Clear and effective communication
- Negotiation and influencing
- Building relationship
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical
