Job Description
- Verify invoices and check requests from all department and ensure every invoices is correct before payment process, and input the data transaction to upload on system
- Daily checking and entry journal for reimbursement, cash advance, settlement, and petty cash and ensure every payment process is accurate.
- Collecting data petty cash from all cities
- Knock off the payment from SAP
- Make a reconciliation of advance account to ensure the balance of the Statement of Financial Position
- Filling payment documents related to reimbursement, cash advance, settlement, and petty cash
- Involved exit clearance process for employee.
Minimum Qualifications
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel
- Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Oleos (South Jakarta) for at minimum 3 months.
- No work experience required.
- Fast learner
- Attention to detail
- Fresh graduate (Active College Students are welcomed, preferably from Accounting major)
